Customers must ensure that all personal data given are true, and any contrary/false data may render this agreement null or void.
GRNMA has the right to possess the asset purchased under this agreement when customers default in payment for two consecutive months
If the customer fails to pay any installment on its due date, or if any cheques issued by the customer is dishonored, the customer would be surcharged with any bank charges that GRNMA may incur
The product(item) purchased remains the property of GRNMA until the final payment is made.
